Seminar: “Leadership must lead” 2024

Introductory seminar to the world of systemic leadership. The aim of this training is to differentiate between leadership and management from a systemic perspective, the importance of their interplay and the balance between the two as key characteristics of successful companies and organizations. 

Participants will become aware of the importance of functions in an organization from a systemic perspective and will thus be able to distinguish function from role. In this context, an introduction to recognizing the maturity levels of employees and promoting them is also brought into focus. This topic is accompanied by an introduction to systemic thinking, the effect of system principles on the success of the company and the importance of systemic communication as a management tool.
